My Thoughts on the VMAs.

First off, in two and a half hours, they only gave away seven awards? LOL. There were a lot of commercials. Good thing I Tivo it.

I think it finally sunk into my head that Michael Jackson is gone. I finally realized while watching the MJ Tribute. I thought it was a good tribute. Especially when Janet appeared to do Scream. I’ll admit, I was tearing up during the whole tribute. Its kinda sad that he is so aknowledged after he’s passed. I think he was one of the best.

Kanye is a jerk. There, I said it. This is what? Three years running that he’s had some sort of outburst? Poor Taylor Swift. That was her first moon man right? That just sucks that her first moment was ruined. Just because you’re Kanye West does not give you an excuse to be rude. A few hours after the VMAs, I got invited to a FB group, BAN KANYE WEST FROM MTV!!!. LOL. But seriously! He needs to learn when is the right time to speak up, which is not during someone’s thank you speech. I’m glad that Beyonce gave Taylor Swift her moment. That was really nice and considerate of her.

I hear that radio stations are playing Kanye songs and interrupting them with Taylor Swift songs. LOL

How many costume changes did Lady GaGa have? Everytime the camera shot to her, she had a different outfit on. And they were all… weird. LOL. I wonder how comfortable those GaGa outfits are. Anyway.. her performance…. the blood was… a bit disturbing? I can’t think of the word. It was just like.. whoaa. She’s totally gaga. LOL.

Pink! Wow she’s amazing. All that acrobatic stuff.. Wow. She totally went all out. It looks like so much fun to swing around in the air. =) I really liked the performance. Haha. I wonder if its hard to sing upside down or if its the same.

New Moon! Taylor Lautner is a little cutie! Haha. He’s hot. haha. I feel like such a pedafile saying that but you know you were thinking it! =) Anyway, I liked Kristen Stewart’s hair. She can rock the shoulder length hair. I didn’t like her w/ the short boyish cut. I think it was a little too edgy for her. Haha. But anyway… new trailer!!! LOL. I had just seen it the night before the VMAs but whatever. LOL. It was more awesome seeing it on the TV. It makes me so excited for November 20! =) Can’t wait to go see it.

Lastly… the whole thing with Jack Black. Honestly? Praying to Satan? Are you serious? For those who didn’t watch (which seemed like no one), Jack Black and Leighton Meester came out to present Best Rock Video. Jack Black was dressed in a muscle suit and a giant ax (something about a video game he’s currently working on). At one point, he goes “Let’s pray to Satan…” and the whole time, I just couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t even hear what he was saying because I was just in totally shock that they’re doing it on national TV! “WTF! Are you serious?! Is he really doing this?!” I was soo pissed off. WHY!? I was in complete and utter shock that that just happened. I still can’t believe it happened. If it was meant to be some sort of “joke.” it was effin messed up. He took it way too far. Ugh. Its so annoying. I am very pissed off about it.
